Review the information shown at:

(The issue is with your PDF reading software and/or the settings in your PDF reading software.)

You can confirm Medlin is creating a valid report by directly printing the item. Click the Print button, instead of using the print preview button.

In the many years we have been creating PDF files for saving or preview, we have only heard of issues when using Adobe's PDF software. The fastest solution I can suggest is to install and use a different PDF reader. Foxit offers a free PDF reader and is the PDF reading software I use.

Adobe offers/offered a setting to ignore the fonts in the file (why, I have no idea!) and substitute something else ("Use Local Fonts"). This can cause Adobe to use a non-English font, instead of the font the file creator built into the file. The latest versions of the Adobe PDF reader may have removed this option.

It may also be Adobe is respecting your language settings in Windows, which may not be set to English. Many programs now use things like location-based results to set their language, as many computer users do not know Windows has such settings, or how to check them. If you prefer Adobe's PDF software, also make certain you have set Windows to use English as the default language.
